The Association was active until the outbreak of World War 2, then was resurrected in 1945 and continued to thrive as Birmingham expanded its boundaries to incorporate the northern parts of Hollywood.
After a series of name changes Wythall Residents Association has survived to the present day and the early history of the Association has been researched using archive material, to commemorate its 75th Anniversary. A link to the document can be found here.WRA_History.pdf
