T'ai Chi

The Wythall T'ai Chi group mets in Park Hall between 2pm and 3.30pm on a Monday afternoon.

T'ai Chi is a gentle form of exercise, suitable for young and old alike and even for people with various health problems.

A typical class begins with some warm-up exercises followed by practicing the T'ai Chi Dance which is based upon slow, natural movements.

K'ai Men breathing exercises stimulate our life energy (Chi) and the class is rounded off by practicing the T'ai Chi Form - a more meditative set of movements which helps to store this energy.
